Recording donations received 

You can record the donor details when creating a new piece or by editing an existing piece.  

Scroll to the Acquisition Details section where you can click Donated By and enter the relevant details.

This process will also create a new Donor contact in your Contacts list that you can refer back to at any time.  You can also use the Contacts section to search by Donors to see an overview of past donors.
