You can include a link within each Piece Record to direct buyers to purchase the piece directly from your external website or sales platform. When buyers click the "Purchase" button on your Public Profile, they will be redirected to the external link you provided, instead of going through Artwork Archive's internal invoice flow.
Adding a Sales Link:
Click on Artwork in the left-hand menu
Select the Piece to which you'd like to add a sales link
Click on Edit under the title of the artwork
Scroll down to the Public Info box in the right-hand column
Check the box for Make Piece Public if you haven't already, to allow buyers to see the Piece on your Public Page
In the Link to purchase piece box, enter or paste the sales link to your Piece
This could be the link to your Stripe page, artist website, gallery website, etc.
To finish, click the blue Update Piece button below
Now, when buyers click "Purchase" on your Public Profile, they will be redirected to your external site to finalize the sale instead of going through Artwork Archive's invoice flow.
To Delete a Sales Link:
Highlight the link in the Link to purchase piece box and delete it.
Click the blue Update Piece button at the bottom.
