How to add a header to a Report

Brand your art business and set yourself apart by adding a unique letterhead to your Artwork Archive Reports. Headers can be added to your inventory reports, tear sheets, and invoices.

How to upload a header:

Click on My Profile in the left-hand menu, and scroll down to Report Header under the Profile Image and Logo sections on the left-hand side.

The recommended size for header images is 1600px by 300px.

Click on the Choose File button to upload an image from your computer. Then hit the blue Save button at the bottom of your screen. When creating Reports, you will now have the option to add this header.

To remove the uploaded header from your Profile, click the box next to Remove report header underneath the Choose File button and hit Save.

How to add a header to a Report:

When creating an inventory report, tear sheet, and invoice, you will have the option to add a header.

Inventory Reports and Tear Sheets

To create an Inventory Report or Tear Sheet of your artwork, first click on Artwork in the left-hand menu. Click on New Reports in the top menu, and from the drop-down menu select which Report you would like to create. 

Scroll down to the Report Design section, and click on the box next to Include and the thumbnail of your header. 

Select the remaining information you would like to include in your Report, and hit the blue Generate Report button. 

Invoices

To create an Invoice of your artwork, click on Income in the left-side menu and Sales/Donations underneath. Select the Piece you have already marked as Sold. Then select Invoice from the top menu. 

Scroll down to Report Header Image under the Notes section, and click on the box next to Include and the thumbnail of your header. 

Select the remaining information you would like to include in your Report, and hit the blue Generate Invoice button. 

After generating a Report, you'll be redirected to Reports. All Reports will show up here after they are created. Once your Report has finished uploading, click on it in the Report column and choose from the drop-down menu to either View, Download, Copy URL, or Share.

How to add or remove a header from an existing Report: 

Click on Reports in the left-hand menu. Click on the blue Pencil icon next to the Report you'd like to edit on the right-hand side. 

For Inventory Reports and Tear Sheets, scroll down to the Report Design section. For Invoices, scroll down to Report Header Image.

To add the header, make sure the box next to Include and the thumbnail of your header is checked. 

To remove the header, uncheck the box. 

Then click on the blue Generate Report button to create a new Report.
