If you have an edition that is based off of an original work and you want to link them together in your records, you can do that with the Editions feature.

Here's how to get started:

First, create an original Artwork record. Not sure how? Check out this tutorial on how to upload an Artwork to Artwork Archive.

Once your Artwork is added, click on that Piece. Scroll down to Original Editions on the right and click New Edition in blue.

Enter in the name of the Edition and the remaining information, then click the blue Save Edition button.

Your Editions of that work will then show up nested under that artwork record.

You can also create an Edition from your Master Work from the Editions feature.

Make sure the original Artwork has already been added. Click on Artwork in the left-side menu, then click on Editions underneath. Click + New Edition to create a new Edition.

At the top, you will see the Master Piece (Optional) box. Click the drop-down menu next to Select Your Piece, type in the name of the Piece, and select it from the list.

Enter the information about your Edition and hit Save. Your Editions will be nested with the original artwork.
