Having trouble logging in?

You can easily reset your password anytime by going to the main login page.

  3. Enter your email to receive reset instructions

** IMPORTANT **

Be sure to check the spam or junk folders if you can't find the email.

Some common mistakes that can prevent people from logging in successfully:

I'm copying and pasting my password, but it's not working.

Some password managers or browsers may add invisible characters when copying passwords. Try manually typing out your password instead of pasting it.

Make sure you are logging in with the correct email.

Double-check that you are entering the right email address associated with your account. If you have multiple email accounts, it's easy to get them confused when logging in.

I'm entering the right password, but it keeps saying it's incorrect.

Confirm you don't have any spaces before or after your password when typing it in. Accidental leading/trailing spaces can cause failed logins.

I'm still getting my old and new passwords mixed up after a reset.

Make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again with just your new password after a reset.

I accidentally typed my password with the Caps Lock on.

Passwords are case-sensitive, so having Caps Lock enabled can cause your login to fail. Double check that Caps Lock is off before entering your password.
