Portfolio pages help you present a professional portfolio of selected works to potential buyers and galleries. 

Click on Artwork in the left-side menu. Click on New Reports at the top, and select Portfolio Pages from the drop-down menu. 

Select the information you would like to include in your Report, including Sort Options, Multiple Images, Font Options, Contact Info, and Data Options.

Then, select which artwork you would like to include. You can click Add all pieces to include your entire inventory, or select which Pieces you would like to include and click Move. 

You can also click on Filter to narrow down the selection of artwork. 

Click on Artwork in the left-side menu and select the Piece for which you want to create a Portfolio Page. Click on New Reports at the top, and select Portfolio Page from the drop-down menu.  

Then select the Piece information you would like to include, then click the blue Generate Portfolio Pages button. 

You will be redirected to Reports. Once your Report has finished uploading, click on it in the Report column and choose from the drop-down menu to either View, Download, Copy URL, or Share. Or, click the Pencil icon on the right to edit your Report.
