Share documents, reports, and files directly from your Artwork Archive account, and get the right file to clients, galleries, or team members in seconds. No attachments or multiple external emails needed.
Every item shares the same way. Locate the item you want to send, then complete the share in the pop-up window.

Finding the Item You Want to Share
Documents
Navigate to Reports/Docs > My Docs in your left-side menu
Open the category folder containing your Document
Select the blue Document name
Select Share from the drop-down menu
Reports
Navigate to Reports/Docs in your left-side menu
Select the blue name of the Report you wish to send
Select Share from the drop-down menu
Additional Files
Additional Files are documents attached directly to your Pieces, Contacts, Locations, and Exhibitions.
Open the record the file is attached to and scroll to Additional Files at the bottom of the page
Click the blue name of the file you'd like to send
Select Share from the drop-down menu
Select the drop-down arrow to expand each section below:
Completing the Share
Once you click Share, the sharing pop-up appears. The steps are the same for Documents, Reports, and Additional Files.
Choose your recipients:
Add a message in the Message box
Check Send myself a copy of the email if you'd like one for your records
Check the I'm not a robot box
Click the blue Send button
Did you know?
When you share with a saved Contact, the share is automatically logged on their Contact Record, so you always have a record of who received what and when.
Note:
Sharing to multiple recipients is not available on free trial accounts.
