There are a number of ways you can get help or tutorials on Artwork Archive.

​Self-Help Portal 

In the upper right-hand corner, you should see a "?" mark icon. That link will take you to our self-help portal where you can find answers to your most common questions.

Simply type in a keyword or phrase in the search bar of the help documents and you will find a variety of tutorials.

​Customer Service Chat 

In the lower right-hand corner, you should see a green chat bubble. This is where you can speak directly with members of our support team. The support team can be reached via chat Monday - Friday from 8am-6pm MST (GMT-7).

Click on the chat bubble to start a conversation and someone will get back with you with an answer to your question.
