1. Self-Help Portal
In the bottom of your left-hand menu when logged into your Artwork Archive account, you'll find the Learning Center > Help Docs. This link takes you to our self-help portal where you can find answers to your most common questions. Simply type a keyword or phrase in the search bar to find a variety of tutorials.
2. Send a Chat Message
Look for the green chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner to speak directly with our support team. Chat support is available Monday - Friday from 8am-6pm MST (GMT-7). Click on the chat bubble to start a conversation.
