At Artwork Archive, we strive to provide you with the best user experience possible. Our built-in chat feature allows you to easily communicate with our support team whenever you need assistance. Follow these simple steps to open and close the chat window:
Opening the Chat Window
Locate the chat window in the bottom right corner of your screen while using Artwork Archive.
Click on the green up arrow to expand the chat window.
Once expanded, you can send a message to our support team and browse our collection of help articles.
Closing the Chat window:
To close the chat window, click on the green down arrow (the same button as the up arrow).
The chat window will minimize and close, but the green circle will remain visible.
Please note: Closing the chat window does not terminate your conversation with our support team. Closing the window simply minimizes it, and you can reopen it at any time to:
Continue your chat with the support team
Review previous messages in the conversation history
