Updating your password regularly is a good habit to keep your Artwork Archive account secure. You may also want to change your password if you have trouble remembering it or if you want to use a stronger password for added protection. Changing your password periodically is an easy way to ensure that your account remains private and accessible only to you.

Change your password from within your account:

  1. Navigate to the Account page located on the left-hand menu of your main dashboard.

  2. Scroll to find the Logins section.

  3. Under Login Email, click Edit Login Email or Password.

  4. Enter your current password in the field.

  5. Click Change Password.

  6. Enter your new password.

  7. Click Save.

Having trouble logging in?

You can easily reset your password anytime by going to the main login page.

  1. Click Log In at the top right

  2. Click the blue Forgot your password? in the bottom right

  3. Enter your email to receive reset instructions

** IMPORTANT **

Be sure to check the spam or junk folders if you can't find the email.

Some common mistakes that can prevent people from logging in successfully:

Am I copying and pasting my password correctly?

Some password managers or browsers may add invisible characters when copying passwords. Try manually typing out your password instead of pasting it.

Am I logging in with the correct email?

Double-check that you are entering the right email address associated with your account. If you have multiple email accounts, it's easy to get them confused when logging in.

Am I entering the right password, or does it keep saying it's incorrect?

Confirm you don't have any spaces before or after your password when typing it in. Accidental leading/trailing spaces can cause failed logins.

Could I be getting my old and new passwords mixed up after a reset?

Make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again with just your new password after a reset.

Did I accidentally type my password with the Caps Lock on?

Passwords are case-sensitive, so having Caps Lock enabled can cause your login to fail. Double check that Caps Lock is off before entering your password.

Am I not receiving my two-factor authentication (2FA) text message?

If you are not receiving your two-factor authentication (2FA) text message when trying to log into your Artwork Archive account, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of your current browser session and close all browser windows.

  2. Open a new browser window using a different web browser (e.g., if you were using Chrome, try Firefox or Safari).

  3. Navigate to the Artwork Archive login page and attempt to log in again. If prompted for a 2FA code, wait for the text message to arrive on your phone.

  4. If you still do not receive the 2FA text message, try using an incognito or private browsing window in your current browser:

    • For Chrome or Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac) to open an incognito window.

    • For Safari: Go to File > New Private Window.

  5. In the incognito or private browsing window, navigate to the Artwork Archive login page and attempt to log in again.

If you continue to experience issues receiving your 2FA text message after trying these steps, please contact our support team for further assistance.
