The Exhibition Tool within your Organization account allows you to track all of the important details associated with the Exhibition—including image and video media.
Adding images and video links when creating an Exhibition
Navigate to Exhibitions in your left-side menu
Select + New Exhibition at the top menu
Scroll down to the Media: Supporting Images and Graphics section
Click Add Images to include supporting media like installation shots, press releases, marketing materials and educational handouts
Note: There is a limit of 10 images, and they must each be under 20MB in size.
Click Add Video Links to include exhibition walkthroughs, recorded artist or curator talks, etc.
Note: In order to include a Video Link, the video must be hosted on a platform like YouTube or Vimeo.
You can re-order the images and videos by dragging the three-lined bar
Adding images and video links after an Exhibition has been created:
Navigate to Exhibitions in your left-side menu
Click into the Exhibition
Click Edit below the title of the Exhibition
Scroll down to Media: Supporting Images and Graphics and add your preferred media
