This Exhibition tool is available only for ORGANIZATION plans.

With Artwork Archive's Exhibition tool, you can create virtual exhibitions directly from your Artwork Archive account.

Note: To add Pieces to an Exhibition, the Pieces must be added to your Artwork Archive inventory first.

Adding an Online Exhibition:

Click Exhibitions in the left-side menu, then click the gray New Exhibition button. To make an online exhibition, scroll down to Location Info and select “Online” from the Location Type dropdown.

All Online Exhibitions will be published and viewable on your Public Profile. To make the Exhibition public, scroll down to Public Exhibition Page Options and check the Publish Exhibition box.

Enter the rest of the information you’d like to include. Then click Save.

Don't forget to add Image and Video Media! This unique section allows you to upload and share publicly the engaging media associated with your exhibition. This can include installation shots, virtual tours, recorded artist/curator interviews, educational materials and more.

Adding Pieces to an Online Exhibition:

You add pieces to the Exhibition after creating the Exhibition record.

After clicking “Save” on the Exhibition form, you’ll be brought to the Exhibition record.

Click Assign Pieces in the top menu below the Exhibition name.

If you are adding Pieces to an existing Exhibition record, click Exhibitions in the left-hand menu and select the show to which you'd like to assign Pieces. Then, click the gray Assign Pieces button at the top.

Select the Pieces you'd like to assign from the left side, then click the gray Move button to add them to the Selected Pieces column to the right. Once you’ve added the Pieces you want to include, click the blue Assign button to add them to your Exhibition record.

Note: If you have created an Exhibition Group/Room within the Exhibition, then you’ll be able to assign pieces to the particular group/room. Click on “Add Pieces to Group” dropdown.

How to delete an Online Exhibition:

Click Exhibitions in the left-side menu. Then click Edit to the right of the Exhibition you wish to delete. Click the red trash can button at the bottom of the page.

Note: The deletion is permanent, but the Pieces associated with the Exhibition will not be deleted.
