Your Rating: This is your over-all star rating for this artist's entire submission.
View: Click View to see the entire individual submission. Here, you will also be able to add or edit your star rating of the artworks and additional files.
Using the Star Rating System & Notes
The Jury Room has a built-in star rating systems and remote scoring capabilities for consistent evaluation. The Call Admin account oversees and manages the Jury Room.
Note:
When reviewing submissions, your Star Ratings and Notes are only visible to you and the Call Admin. If you are one of multiple jurors you will not be able to see other jurors note or star ratings.
Juror Star Ratings
Each submission can receive two types of ratings:
Individual Artwork Rating: 1-5 stars for each piece.
Your Rating: 1-5 stars for the complete application (including additional files, i.e. artist statement, CV, proposal, etc.)
Did you know?
From the Jury Room you are able to allocate or change Your Rating from 1-5 stars. This can also be adjusted within the submission detail view.
Individual Artwork Ratings are only accessible in the submission detail view.
Juror Notes
In addition to the star rating system, Notes can be added by jurors within each submission. Notes remain private and can only be viewed by the Call Admin and the Juror.

Notes can be added to individual artworks and to the over-all submission.
In the case of multiple external jurors, notes remain private and only visible to the call admin.
You can jump in an out of submissions from the Jury Room: To navigate between submissions and the Jury Room, click View to the right of the submission. This takes you to the submission detail, where the entire application is visible and individual images can be rated.

Back to Jury Room: Click this title to return to the main Jury Room with a list of all Artists Submissions.
Artwork thumbnails: Click on the image to view it larger, make notes, and star rate a specific image. You can also select or edit your star rating from below the thumbnail without viewing the larger image.
Answers: If questions are required in the submission, the question and answers will be included here.
Additional Files: If additional files are required, they will be visible here. Each additional file includes a thumbnail image of the document and a link to View, Download, or Copy URL.
Your Rating: Select your over-all rating for the submission.
This rating considers all the supporting documents of the submission.
Your Notes: Notes made by each juror are private and only visible to the Call Admin account.
Add Note: Type in the text field box and click Add Note.
You may add as many notes as needed.
To edit your notes, select the edit icon in the bottom-right corner of the note.

This rating refers only to this artwork and contributes to the average rating of the submission.

Any notes made by any juror are visible to the Call Admin account. The Call Admin can also make notes here.
