Attach photos, documents, videos, audio files, and more to your Piece records. This makes managing and sharing your artwork and supplementary files simpler than ever!
Once uploaded, you can choose which Additional Files to showcase in your Private Rooms and Public Profile, making it easy to share supplementary materials with collectors and viewers.
Note:
Additional document storage is only available on Artist Professional and Master, Collector Plus, Collector Premier, and all Organization accounts types. You can upgrade your plan here.
Show Additional File Link(s) in Public Profile
Once you have uploaded an Additional File to your Piece record, here is how to show your Additional File link on your Public Profile's individual Piece views.
Navigate to the Piece record you'd like to edit
Scroll to the Additional Files section towards the bottom of the Piece record, on the right-hand side
Locate the Additional File for which you'd like to publicly show the Additional File link
Select the checkbox for 'Show link on public profile'
When a Piece is marked as public, any Additional Files you've selected to showcase will automatically appear on that Piece's page in your Public Profile.

Once you've selected the checkbox to show an Additional File on your Public Profile, here's where the link will appear on that Piece's public page:
Viewers and collectors can access this file from any device when viewing this Piece on your Public Profile.

Show Additional File Link(s) in Private Rooms
Once you have uploaded an Additional File to your Piece record, here's how to show your Additional File link in your Private Rooms Piece views.
Navigate to the Piece record you'd like to edit.
Scroll to the Additional Files section towards the bottom of the Piece record, on the right-hand side.
Locate the Additional File for which you'd like to privately show the Additional File link in your Private Rooms.
Select 'Show link in private room'
Once you've selected the Additional File(s) to show in your Private Rooms, here's where the link will appear on that Piece's page:
Viewers and collectors can access this file from any device when viewing this Piece in your Private Rooms.
