In Artwork Archive, you can make Collections of the pieces in your inventory and then display those Collections on your Public Profile.

To make your Collections public:

  1. Go to My Profile.

  2. Click the Public Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Public Page Options section.

  4. Check the box next to Show collections.

How to make all the pieces within a Collection public:

  1. Click My Profile on the left-side menu.

  2. Click Public Pieces at the top.

  3. Filter for a Collection with the drop-down menu in your Public Pieces.

  4. Click the blue Make all works public button.

How to hide a Collection from your Public Profile (but not the Pieces):

Say you want the Pieces within a Collection to be public, but don’t want a Collection to show up on your Public Profile. Here's what to do:

  1. Click into your Collections tab under Pieces.

  2. Click Edit on a Collection.

  3. Check the box that says Hide collection name on public profile (pieces in the collection can still be public).

    1. When you check this box, your works will still appear on your Public Profile if you have marked them as public. However, they will not appear again within the Collection you are hiding.
