You can create Reminders tied to Contacts and Locations, as well as General Reminders for your art business. Dates tied to Exhibitions will automatically be added to your Schedule.
From within Contacts:
Click on Contacts in the left-side menu. Click on the Contact for which you'd like to create the Reminder. Select Add Reminder under the Contact name. Select the due date, fill out the Reminder message, and click Save.
Your reminder will show up in the Contact record as well as in your Schedule.
From within Locations:
Click on Locations in the left-side menu. Click on the Location for which you'd like to create the Reminder. Select Add Reminder under the Location name. Select the due date, fill out the Reminder message, and click Save.
Your reminder will show up in the Location record as well as in your Schedule.
How to add General Reminders:
You can add custom reminders for anything you would like. Click on Schedule in the left-side menu and click + Add General Reminder.
Your Reminders for the next 12 months will show up here, and you will automatically receive a weekly update of your upcoming to-do's every Monday to your email.
Syncing your schedule with iCal, gCal or Outlook.
You can sync your Artwork Archive dates with another calendar system of your choice on Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCal.
To do this, click on the Calendar icon on the far right of your scheduled date within the Schedule tab. Click the Calendar type of your choice.
Note: You have to have an active calendar on one of these platforms in order for it to sync.
Setting your Weekly Reminder Preferences
You can choose to receive weekly reminders of your upcoming schedule from the "Account" page.
