How to Change Your Login Email

  1. Click on Account in the left-side menu.

  2. Click "Edit Login Email or Password" in the Logins box.

  3. Enter your new email and current password in the fields.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Check the inbox of your original email to confirm the email change.

  6. Once your change has been confirmed, your new login email should go into effect.

  • Profile Email: The primary email for this account. This will show up on your reports and will be our main way of contacting you.

  • Login Email: Used only for logging into this account.

** PLEASE NOTE: **

You can have both Profile and Login emails associated with your account ONLY if you have one of the following account types:

Artist Master

Collector Premier

Any Organization Account

If you do not have one of these account types, you will not see the option to have separate Profile and Login emails.


How to Change Your Profile Email

  1. Click on My Profile in the left-side menu.

  2. Select Profile Info at the top.

  3. Type your new email in the Email field under Profile Info.

  4. Click Save.


Why Should I Add My Email and Address to My Profile?

The email and address you provide will be the one added to your consignment reports, inventory reports, and portfolio pages. This is the email that potential clients will also contact you through on your public profile.
