Generate a Report from the Reports Page
Every Report type available to your account can be generated straight from the Reports page.
Navigate to Reports/Docs > Reports in your left-side menu
Select New Report at the top right, then choose the Report you want
Choose the artwork and the information you want to include
Select Generate Report
To put your branding on a Report, upload a Report header once from Saved Header at the top of the Reports page. Learn how to add a Report header.

Every completed Report lands on Reports/Docs > Reports, where you can view it, download it, copy its URL, share it with a Contact, or rename it.

Inventory Reports
An Inventory Report is the clearest way to see what is in your collection. Generate one for your entire inventory, or use the Filter bar to select artwork by criteria like status, artwork type, or price range.

Navigate to Artwork > Pieces in your left-side menu
Select New Report at the top, then choose Inventory Report
Choose the information you want to include
Select your Pieces and select Add

Tear Sheet
A Tear Sheet is a condensed Inventory Report, with more images per page and just the essential information for each artwork. It suits sharing an overview of your collection in fewer pages.

Select New Report at the top, then choose Tear Sheet
Choose the information you want to include
Select your Pieces and select Add

Export Your Data to XLS or CSV
Export your collection data at any time to keep your own up-to-date files.

Select New Report to open the drop-down menu
Choose Export to XLS or Export to CSV
The file saves to your Downloads folder, and also appears on your Reports page with a Type of Export

Portfolio Pages
Portfolio Pages suit sending to clients or colleagues. They show a larger view of each artwork with its basic details underneath.

Catalog Pages
Catalog Pages give the largest image of an artwork, along with full details about provenance, additional images, or condition updates. They work well for sending artwork to appraisers or institutions that need the data behind the Piece.

Business and Asset Reports
Sales and Donations Report
Sales and Donations Reports pull together the price and sale information for your artwork, which is what you need for tax, insurance, and expense purposes.

Navigate to Income > Sales/Donations in your left-side menu
Set your filters for the records you want included
Select New Report, then choose Sales/Donation Report
Note:
Sales and Donations Reports cannot be edited from the Reports page, so there is no pencil icon on them. To change one, go back to Income > Sales/Donations, adjust your filters, and generate a new Report. See which Report types can be edited.

Certificates of Authenticity
If you are an artists' foundation, own copyright titles, or are able to authenticate work, a Certificate of Authenticity gives you a detailed image, the artwork information, and a customizable copyright description.

Open the Piece record you want the Certificate for
Select New Report at the top, then choose Certificate of Authenticity

Reports for Specific Locations
Consignment Reports
Knowing where your artwork is as it moves matters for keeping track of a collection. A Consignment Report gives you a polished checklist of the work at, or moving to, a particular location. You can include sales terms, address how the art should be cared for, and formalize an agreement.

Open the Location record you want the Consignment Report for
Select New Report
Choose Consignment Report from the drop-down menu

Consignment Reports are only available once you have assigned inventory to a Location record.
