You can add or remove artwork on an Exhibition record at any time, including records you created from a Call Submission. Here's how to remove a Piece from an Exhibition record.
Note:
Exhibition records are only available on Artist and Organization accounts.
How to Remove a Piece From an Exhibition Record
Click Exhibitions in the left-side menu
Open the Exhibition record by clicking its title, or click Actions > View on its card
Scroll to Pieces in Exhibition
Click Actions next to the Piece
Click Remove Artwork
Did you know?
The Piece stays in your inventory and its current Location. It's removed from this Exhibition record, and the exhibition is removed from that Piece's Exhibition History. To add it back, click + Assign Pieces.
Did you know?
Exhibition records created before October 7, 2026, may show status tags (such as Submitted, Accepted, or Not Accepted) on each Piece. If a Piece in one of those records wasn't accepted, you can remove it with Remove Artwork.
If the exhibition involved an application process, you can track your submissions in Call Submissions.
