Organizations using paid Calls for Entry can access detailed Income Reports to track submission fees, processing costs, and net payout amounts for each Call directly within their Artwork Archive account.

What is a Call for Entry Income Report?
A Call for Entry Income Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all financial activity related to a specific paid Call for Entry, including:
Total number of submissions received
Submission fees collected (entry fees and additional-piece fees)
Processing fees (credit card and platform fees)
Net payout amount

How to Access Your Call for Entry Income Report
Follow these steps to view the Income Report for any of your paid Calls:
Navigate to the Calls for Entry tab on your left-side menu
Select the paid Call you want to view the Income Report for. This will take you to that Call's specific Call Admin page.
Select Income Report button in the top menu
You will be redirected to the Income Report page for that specific Call.
Understanding Your Call for Entry Income Report
Your Income Report page displays five key sections that provide a complete financial overview of your Call. All amounts are shown in USD.
Total Submissions — This displays the total number of submissions received for your Call.
Submission Fees — This section breaks down the fees collected from applicants:
Total entry fees: The base application fees collected (displays the per-submission fee in parentheses)
Total additional-piece fees: Fees collected for additional pieces submitted beyond the base submission (displays the per-piece fee in parentheses)
Total fees collected: The combined total of all submission fees
Processing Fees — This section shows the fees deducted from your submission fees:
Credit card processing fees: Charges from Stripe for processing payments (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, with an additional 1.5% for international transactions)
Platform processing fees: Artwork Archive's service fee ($2.50 per application, and 10% of any additional-piece fees)
Total processing fees: The combined total of all processing fees
Net Payout Amount — This is the amount you will receive after all processing fees are deducted from the total fees collected.
The net payout amount reflects current status and may change as submissions are processed. Organizations are paid out 30 days after the submission deadline of the Call.
