Share documents, reports, and files directly from your Artwork Archive account with our intuitive features, allowing quick distribution of important information to clients, galleries, or team members. Control access levels, set expiration dates, and track views to keep everyone in your art business informed and up-to-date efficiently.
How to send a Document:
Click on Reports/Docs in the left-side menu.
Click on the My Docs tab located under Reports/Docs.
Select the category containing the Document you wish to send.
3. From the Documents list, click on the blue link to the Document you wish to send.
4. From the drop-down menu, select Share.
5. In the Sharing Document pop-up that appears, click on the box next to Contacts to select a Contact previously created in Artwork Archive from the drop-down menu.
Did you know?
You may send the Document to more than one person by continuing to click on the box and selecting a Contact from the drop-down menu.
6. To send the Document to someone not saved in your Contacts, enter their email address in the box next to Emails.

You may send the Document to more than one person by entering multiple email addresses in the box separated by commas.
7. In the Message box, type the message you wish to include with the Document.
8. Double check that your selected Contacts and message are error-free.
9. Click the blue Send button.
How to send a Report:
Click on Reports/Docs in the left-side menu.
From the Reports list, click on the blue link to the Report you wish to send.
From the drop-down menu, select Share.

How to send Additional Files:
You can also send Additional Files that are already attached to Pieces, Contacts, Locations, Shows, etc.
Locate Additional Files at the bottom of the page for the Piece record, Contact record, Location record, etc. you wish to send.
Click on the blue link title of the Additional File you'd like to send.
From the drop-down menu, select Share.
