How to Add a Header to a Report in Artwork Archive

Learn how to upload a custom Report header in Artwork Archive and add your branding to Inventory Reports, Tear Sheets, and more.

A Report header is a custom image that can appear at the top of your Artwork Archive Reports, giving your documents a polished, branded look.

Note:

Report headers are available for select Report types, including Inventory Reports and Tear Sheets.


Step 1: Upload Your Header Image

  1. Navigate to My Profile in your left-side menu > scroll down to Report Header under the Profile Image and Logo sections on the left-hand side

  2. Select the Choose File button to upload an image from your computer/device

    • The recommended size for header images is 1600px by 300px

  3. Click the blue Save button at the bottom of your screen

Your header image is now saved to your profile and ready to use in compatible reports.

Want to change your Report header image?

To remove your header image from your profile entirely:

  1. Navigate to My Profile

  2. Check the box next to Remove report header below the Choose File button

  3. Select the blue Save button

To upload a new header image:

  1. Navigate to My Profile

  2. Select the Choose File button to upload an image from your computer/device

  3. Select the blue Save button


Step 2: Add a Header When Generating a Report

Once your header is uploaded, here's how to include it when generating a new Report.

  1. Navigate to Reports/Docs in your left-side menu

  2. Select the blue New Report button

  3. Select the Report type you want to generate

  4. Select the Pieces you want to include

  5. Scroll down to the Report Design section

  6. Check the box next to Include to add your header

    • A preview of your header image will appear to confirm it's selected

  7. Select the remaining information you would like to include in your Report

  8. Select the blue Generate Report button


How to Add or Remove a Header from an Existing Report

Already have a Report generated? You can add or remove the header at any time by editing the Report.

  1. Navigate to Reports/Doc in your left-side menu

  2. Select the blue Pencil icon next to the Report you'd like to udpate

  3. Scroll down to the Report Design section

  4. To add the header, check the box next to Include

    • A preview of your header image will appear.

  5. To remove the header, uncheck the box

  6. Select the blue Generate Report button to save the updated version
