Your Public Profile is often the first place a collector, curator, or gallery lands when they look you up, so make it easy for people to find you everywhere else you show up online. Add your website and social channels once, and they'll appear as clickable icons under your profile image or logo.
How to Add your Website and Social Media Links
Each link row works the same way: pick the platform first, then enter the link for it. Artwork Archive uses your platform choice to set the icon and the first part of the web address, so the two need to match.
Click on My Profile in the left-side menu > Profile Info
Scroll down to the Profile Links & Footer section
Click the dropdown next to a link row and select the platform you want that row to represent: Website, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, or YouTube. The icon and web address prefix update automatically to match your choice.
Enter the link for that platform. For Website, enter your full web address, including
http://orhttps://, for examplehttps://www.yourwebsite.com. For every other platform, enter just your username or handle, since Artwork Archive already fills in the web address for you.
Click Add another social link to include more platforms, repeating the last two steps for each one
Click Save Changes
Did you know?
Picked the wrong platform, or want to swap one out for another? Use the same drop-down on that row. Your place in the list stays put, only the icon, prefix, and link update.
FAQ: Troubleshooting a link that isn't working
My icon isn't showing up, or doesn't lead anywhere
Check what you entered in that row. Your Website field needs the full address, including https:// or http://. Every other field needs only your username or handle, not the full profile link. If you paste your whole profile URL into a platform field, Artwork Archive adds its own web address on top of it, which creates a broken, duplicated link.
