Collections allow you to visually categorize the artwork in your inventory for easy organization. Create Collections to sort works by subject, size, material, status, etc. You are then able to share these curated Collections on your Public Profile or embed each one on your own website.
How to Create a Collection
Navigate to Artwork > Collections on the left-hand menu of your main dashboard
Select +New Collection from the top menu
Fill in the Collection Name (e.g. Landscapes, Works on Canvas, etc.)
Add any relevant information you would like to include in the Collection Description
If you have created a Public Profile, decide whether you would like this specific Collection to show or hide on the Collections page
Click Custom Ordering and Piece Sort Options to choose the order in which you would like your pieces to appear in the Collection
Scroll down to select the pieces you would like to include
Use the Search or Filter bar to search for pieces more quickly
Click Move
One pieces have moved to the Selected Pieces on the right, click the blue Create Collection button at the bottom of the page
How to Edit a Collection
Navigate to Artwork > Collections on the left-hand menu of your main dashboard
Click the blue Edit on the right-hand side of the Collection you want to edit
From here, you can rename the Collection and add or remove Pieces from it
To add a Piece: Click on the image under Pieces (left side) that you want to add to the Collection. Then select Move.
To remove a Piece: Click on the image under Selected Pieces (right side) that you want to remove from the collection. Then select Move.
Click Update Collection at the bottom of the page to save your edits
How to Delete a Collection
Note: Deleting a Collection will only delete the Collection itself and not the individual Piece Records within the Collection
You can delete a Collection two ways. First, you can delete a Collection from the main Collections list:
Navigate to Artwork > Collections on the left-hand menu of your main dashboard
Click the blue Delete next to the Collection you want to edit
Select Yes, Delete on the pop-up dialog box
Alternatively, you can also delete a Collection when editing:
Click Edit next to a Collection title
Choose the red trashcan button at the bottom of the screen
Select Yes, Delete on the pop-up dialog box
How to hide Collections from your Public Profile

You can choose which collections are listed on your Public Profile and which collections of artwork will be only displayed internally on your private view.
Hide a New Collection from your Public Profile
Create a New Collection from the Collections tab on the left-side menu.
Below the Name and Description of the Collection and check the box to 'Hide collection name on public profile (pieces in collection can still be public)'.
Continue through the piece picker and create your collection.
Hide an existing Collection from your Public Profile
Click the Collections tab on the left-side menu.
Click into the existing collection that you would like to be hidden from the Public Profile.
Click to Edit the Collection.
Check the box to 'Hide collection name on public profile (pieces in collection can still be public)'.
Click the blue 'Update Collection' button on the bottom right of the screen to save these updates.
Note: Any public pieces within a hidden collection will still show individually on your Public Profile but will not show as a Collection.
