Click on Artwork in the left-side menu, then click on Runs/Reproductions underneath. Select the Run to which you want to assign a Location. 

Check the boxes of the individual prints that you want to assign to a specific location, then click the blue Assign to Location button. 

Choose a Location from the drop-down menu and click the blue Assign button.

Or, click on Artwork in the left-side menu, and select the Piece for which the Run was created. Scroll down to Runs/Reproductions in the right-hand column. 

Select the Run for which you want to assign a Location. Check the boxes of the individual prints that you want to assign to a specific location, then click the blue Assign to Location button. 

Choose a Location from the drop-down menu and click the blue Assign button.
