Canceling Your Account
Go to your Account page.
Scroll to the bottom and click on the blue Click Here (example below)
What happens after cancellation:
Data Access:
You'll still be able to access your data but not edit or add anything new.
We deactivate your Public Profile when a subscription is cancelled.
We keep the account intact for up to a year, as most customers reactivate their accounts later.
You have two options for your data:
Export or download your data before cancelling, then send us a message to request deleting your account and its data entirely.
Leave it as "view only" (most common choice).
Reactivation:
If you become a paying member again within the year, your account resumes where you left off.
