Setting Up PayPal Integration for Online Payments

Learn how to quickly connect your PayPal account to Artwork Archive to start accepting online payments through invoices. Get paid faster with PayPal integration!

Note:

PayPal Payment Processing is a premium feature and is not available on Artist Apprentice or Collector Starter accounts. You can upgrade your plan at any time to access this feature.


Why Setup PayPal Integration?

PayPal Integration Setup:

  1. Navigate to the Account tab on your left-side menu

  2. Scroll to the Payment Processing section

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Paypal account

  4. Click Save PayPal Email

That's it! Your account is now ready to accept online payments through Artwork Archive.


How It Works:

Payments will be directly deposited into your PayPal account and recorded as payments on your Invoices within Artwork Archive.

  • Your clients can pay instantly with credit card or their PayPal account

  • You'll receive notification when payments are made

Note:

While Artwork Archive does not charge any fees or commissions on sales made through the platform, standard PayPal fees apply and vary depending on your currency and location.
