In Artwork Archive, you can change the location record of a piece in a couple of ways:
From Within a Piece Record
Click Artwork > Pieces in the left menu
Click on the Piece Record you want to update
Under the Current Location section, click Assign to New Location
Either choose from the Existing Locations dropdown or Create a New Location
Enter all relevant information, then click Save
From the Pieces Page
Click Artwork > Pieces in the left menu
Ensure your inventory is in List or Table View
Locate the piece you want to update and click More or Actions on the right.
Select Change Location from the dropdown menu.
Enter all relevant details and click Save.
Assigning Multiple Pieces to a Location
You can assign multiple artworks to a new location in bulk:
Go to the main Pieces page
Click Bulk Actions > Assign to Location
Follow the prompts to select pieces and the new location
