How to Change the Order of Artworks in Private Rooms

You can now customize the ordering of your artworks in Private Rooms.

Our Private Rooms feature includes the option to "Custom Order" your pieces, which allows you to manually rearrange the order of your artworks. To utilize this feature, follow the steps below.

  • Create your Private Room and select "Custom Order" from the dropdown menu titled "Default Piece Order for Room" as shown below.

  • Next you can use the piece picker to select the works to be included in the private room.

  • Make sure to click the box next to "Published," then click the blue button "Save Room."

  • Now you will be directed to a page where you can customize the order of your artworks. You can either rearrange artworks by selecting the number in which they should appear from the drop down menu, as shown below, or you can click on the three lines to the right and drag and drop artworks into the position you choose.

  • Please note that, on mobile phones, you must order the artworks by number.

  • Once you have arranged the order of your artworks to your liking, you can preview the room by clicking on "Public View" at the top of the screen, which will bring you to the page shown below.

  • You'll notice the links at the top of the page will allow you to edit your Private Room by adding or removing artworks, or return to the Custom Ordering page and continue to rearrange your pieces.

  • The Dashboard link will bring you to your Private Rooms overview page, where you can then share your curated Private Room with your contacts.

  • If you decide to further edit or curate your Private Room, you can also click on the "Actions" drop down and select from the number of options presented there.

Customized ordering of artworks in your Private Room provides you with additional control over how your work is presented to your clients, partners and network.
