Artwork Archive

In Artwork Archive, you have the ability to choose the order in which pieces appear within a Collection. Whether it is for your own personal organization or to curate how viewers see the Collections on your Public Profile, you can select from a variety of sort options. Navigate to Artwork &gt; Collections from the main Pieces page

Select the blue Edit next to a Collection title

Scroll down to Custom Ordering and Piece Sort Options

Select an option from the dropdown menu under Select Piece Order

Click the blue Save Collection button at the bottom of the page

1. Navigate to Artwork &gt; Collections from the main Pieces page
2. Select the blue Edit next to a Collection title
3. Scroll down to Custom Ordering and Piece Sort Options
4. Select an option from the dropdown menu under Select Piece Order
5. Click the blue Save Collection button at the bottom of the page

How to Custom Order the Pieces in a Collection

There are two paths to customize the ordering of pieces in a Collection. First, you can choose Custom Order from within the Collection's editing page or you can use the Customize Ordering shortcut button to be taken to the Custom Order page immediately.

1. From within a Collection's editing page

Choose Custom Order from the dropdown menu under Select Piece Order

Click the blue Next button at the bottom of the page

From here you can decide the order in which pieces appear

1. By Number: Decide what order number you would like each piece to appear
2. Drag and Drop: Click and hold the three gray lines on the far right of a piece to drag and drop it in the order you would like it to appear

Your new order will automatically be updated and saved

Click View Collection from the top menu to preview the new sort order

1. Navigate to Artwork &gt; Collections from the main Pieces page
2. Select the blue Edit next to a Collection title
3. Scroll down to Custom Ordering and Piece Sort Options
4. Choose Custom Order from the dropdown menu under Select Piece Order 
5. Click the blue Next button at the bottom of the page

From the Customize Ordering Shortcut on the main Collections page

Select the blue Customize Ordering next to a Collection

1. If your current sort option is not set to Custom Order, you will need to click the blue Switch to custom ordering for this collection view on the right
