A Sales Record is where you record all information pertaining to a sale of an artwork. You can include the contact record for the client who purchased the piece, the location it was purchased from, and other additional information important to your record keeping.
How to view a Sales Record from a Location
Click on Locations in the left-side menu.
Select the Location to view its Sales history.
Then click the Sales Records button.
Did you know?
You must register the Sale of the Piece assigned to the Location before you can see a Sales Record.
Did you know?
You’ll be able to see who the Piece was sold to, the Sale Date, and the Sale Price.
