How to Register a Sale

Track your sales.

A Sales Record is where you record all information pertaining to a sale of an Artwork. You can include the Contact Record for the client who purchased the Piece, the Location it was purchased from, and other additional information important to your record keeping.


Registering a Sale from a Piece Record

  1. Click Artwork on the left-side menu.

  2. Select the Piece that you want to mark as Sold.

  3. Click the gray $ Register Sale button under the title.

  4. Add the information you would like to include.

  5. Click Save.

Did you know?

As you add more Sales, you will begin to see your top performing Locations, Sold Work Value, and more in Insights.
