Click on Sales in the left-side menu. Select the desired Sale below and click Invoice above the Piece.
NOTE: The piece must be marked as Sold to one of your Contacts first. Edit the Sale if you do not see this.
Select the Piece the client purchased to include on your Invoice by clicking on the gray box next to the image.
Note: All Pieces sold to this client will appear in the Include column. You can include these Pieces on the Invoice for this client by selecting them from the list.
Fill in the remaining information regarding the sale, such as Tax Percentage, Costs, Notes, Profile Image, Image Header, and Font Options. Then click the blue Generate Invoice button.
You will be redirected to Reports. Click on the Invoice in the Report column to View, Download, Copy URL, or Share directly with your client. Or, click the Pencil icon on the right to edit your Report.
Present the Invoice to ensure a professional experience for your client and to make sure you get paid.
