Preparation
For those coming from another system, the most important next step is to obtain your data from your existing solution. Every platform is different and some make it much harder to get your information out than others, but the goal is to get your information exported into a usable format (CSV or XLS is optimal).
Our system is not only capable of importing artwork related data, but also images, supporting documentation and contact information so try to export as much information as possible.
Onboarding
In addition to simplifying and streamlining the transition process, our team will also provide you with information and training to help you get the most out of the platform.
Costs and what to expect
For the Artist Master, Collector Premier, Organization Standard, Organization Plus and Organization Enterprise versions of the platform, we provide complimentary assistance with the initial data migration when a straightforward import is involved. However, if your data set is large, requires extensive extraction and processing, and/or falls outside our standard template driven import process, we will assess the scope of work and provide you with a detailed quote before moving forward.
Any additional/future imports that are straightforward will have a cost of $100.
Pricing
Custom quotes/any exceptional labor will be quoted based on an hourly rate ($100/hour) for our services with no hidden fees.
Timeline
Once the final import template is received, imports are processed between 3-5 business days.
If your data import is complex and we have provided a quote for the migration service, we generally complete the migration within 1-2 weeks, based on a preliminary estimate.
