Creating a Report of Your Maintenance Records

Quickly generate a report that will break down total costs of maintenance.

Navigate to Maintenance in your left-side menu to get a general overview and breakdown of maintenance performed and scheduled.

Note:

Maintenance records are available only for Organization account versions.


Creating a Maintenance Report for a time frame

  1. Navigate to Maintenance in your left-side menu

  2. Navigate to the Filter bar to choose your date range

  3. Select New Reports > Maintenance Report to generate your report

  4. Your report will be generated and stored in your Reports section


Creating a Maintenance Report for an individual Piece

  1. Navigate to Artwork > Pieces in your left-side menu

  2. Select the Piece for which you want to generate a history of maintenance records

  3. Select New Report > Maintenance Report at the top of the Piece's page

  4. Your report will be generated and stored in your Reports section


Viewing Maintenance Records for individual Pieces

You can view your Maintenance Records toward the bottom of each of your Piece records.

You'll find the Piece-specific maintenance records at the top of the Maintenance Records section within the Piece record. From there, you can create a new Maintenance Record or view all existing records.
