Public Profile has a new look and more ways to make it your own. With an updated design, easier navigation, and more ways to share your work and story, visitors can explore what matters most and find what they’re looking for.
Quick glimpse of what's been updated:
Choose your own layout: side or top navigation, single or multi-column grid, serif or sans-serif type
Visitors can now sort and filter your Artwork by price, size, availability, and creation date, if you allow it
A new Contact page replaces the old message pop-up, giving visitors a dedicated place to reach you
Your Category filter now supports subcategories, so visitors can narrow their search further
News posts now support richer styling and images, plus the option to save as a draft or schedule ahead of time
For Organizations: Exhibition pages are smarter, showing current, upcoming, and past shows automatically based on their dates
For Organizations: The map experience is more interactive, with location thumbnails and direct navigation to Artwork
Note: Embedded portfolios and widgets on your own website are unaffected by this update

Make It Easier for Visitors to Find the Work They’re Looking For
Give visitors more flexibility to explore your artwork in the way that works best for them, while you stay in control of which browsing options are available.
Visitors can now:
Sort artwork their way when you enable the Sort Menu.
Narrow down artwork by size, price, and availability when you enable the Filtering Bar.
Explore by category and subcategory, including multiple selections at once.
Search is also more intuitive. On Collection, Artist, and Exhibition pages, results stay within the page visitors are exploring, making it easier to find relevant work without leaving that context.
Make It Easier for Visitors to Get in Touch
Your new dedicated Contact page gives visitors a clear, professional way to reach you directly from your Public Profile.
Customize the page with a short introduction and the contact information you choose to share, including your phone number and address, alongside a convenient contact form.
You stay in control of what’s public. Your personal contact details remain private unless you choose to display them.
Put the Right Image Front and Center
Choose whether your Public Profile features your profile image or logo, so your profile reflects how you want to present yourself or your collection.
Under Profile Info, simply select Use Profile Image or Use Logo, and that choice will appear consistently across your Public Profile.
Make It Easier for Visitors to Explore Your Exhibitions (For Organizations)
Your Exhibitions page now gives visitors a clearer view of what’s happening now, what’s coming up, and what they may have missed.
Exhibitions are automatically organized by date, with:
Current exhibitions front and center.
Upcoming exhibitions highlighted with the option to view more.
Past exhibitions easy to browse and revisit.
Make artist information easier to discover with an improved layout on exhibition viewing pages.
More seamless navigation between artworks, artists, and rooms, with previous and next controls that keep visitors within the exhibition they’re exploring.
Artwork Archive handles the organization automatically based on the exhibition dates you’ve entered, so your page stays organized and easy to explore.
Share More Through Your News Posts
Your Public Profile posts now give you more ways to share updates, stories, and news with your audience.
Bring posts to life with images alongside your text.
Create more polished posts with expanded formatting and styling options.
Work on your own timeline by saving posts as drafts until they’re ready.
Plan ahead by scheduling posts to publish automatically on a future date.
Help Visitors Explore Your Collection by Location
Your updated Public Profile map makes it easier for visitors to discover where artworks in your collection are located and explore the work at each location.
Narrow the map by location with new filtering options.
Get a more visual view of your collection with artwork thumbnails displayed at each location.
Explore what’s at each location with details and images for up to five artworks.
Dive deeper with direct links to individual artworks or everything associated with a location.
Navigate and Preview Your Public Profile More Easily
We’ve simplified Public Profile navigation and layouts to make managing and previewing your profile more intuitive.
Preview your Public Profile anytime, even when it’s private, without changing its visibility or making it public.
Find your artwork more easily with “Portfolio” now renamed “Artworks” throughout your navigation.
Get layouts designed for each type of content, with Grid and Tile options for Artworks, a dedicated grid for Artist Page (on Organization Account), and cards for Collections.
What About Embeds?
If you've embedded your portfolio, artist page, or exhibition on your own website, nothing changes. Embeds keep their existing look and behavior for now.
