Keep your fans in the loop with your latest exhibition announcements and events.

Use the News Page on your Public Profile to share important updates about your art career. Our simple blogging platform lets you manage announcements, save drafts, and publish stories about your artwork.

You can save posts as drafts or publish them. Published posts will appear on your Public Profile.


To add a new Post:

  1. Select My Profile from the left-side menu.

  2. Click My Posts in the top menu.

  3. Then, click + New Post below.

4. To add a main image to your post, click Choose File or drag your image file into the box.

Did you know?

Your image should be in landscape orientation (roughly 16x9 aspect ratio).

5. Then type or copy/paste in the Title, Subheader, and Body sections for your post.

You can adjust the formatting for your Body text by adjusting the heading size, adding font color, quotation blocks, links, and more.


To save a draft of your Post:

Heads up!

Do not check the Publish box.

  1. Click the blue Save Post button at the bottom.

  2. You'll be redirected to the My Post page where all of your drafts and published posts will appear.


To publish your Post:

  1. Check the Publish Post checkbox in the Publish Info section.

  2. Click the blue Save Post button.

You can schedule your post to go live on a specific date.


To edit a Post:

  1. On the My Post page, click on the blue Title of the post you wish to edit. Or, click on the blue Actions button to the right of the post.

  2. Click Edit from the drop-down menu.

  3. When you are finished editing, click the blue Save Post button.


To delete a Post:

  1. On the My Post page, click on the blue Actions button to the right of the post.

  2. Click Delete from the drop-down menu.

  3. Then confirm that you want to delete the post.


To unpublish a Post:

  1. On the My Post page, click on the blue Actions button to the right of the post.

  2. Click Unpublish from the drop-down menu.

  3. Then confirm that you want to unpublish the post.


To publish a Draft:

  1. On the My Post page, click on the blue Actions button to the right of the post.

  2. Click Publish from the drop-down menu.

  3. Then confirm that you want to publish the post.

  1. Or, click on the blue Title of the post you wish to publish.

  2. Check the Publish box underneath the Body text box.

  3. Then click the blue Save Post button.  


To Preview a Post:

  1. On the My Post page, click on the blue Actions button to the right of the post.

  2. Click Preview from the drop-down menu. This is how your post will look once it's published. 

3. To edit the draft, click the gray Edit at the top.

4. On the Edit Post page, you can make any changes to your post, save as a draft, or check the Publish box at the bottom to publish to the News section on your Public Profile.


To View your News Page:

  1. Select My Profile from the left-side menu.

  2. Click My Posts in the top menu.

  3. Click the grey View News Page next to the grey eye icon.
