How to Create a Tear Sheet

Like an Inventory Report, a Tear Sheet is a great report to present to galleries, art dealers, etc. who want to see your available inventory with smaller thumbnails of your artwork.


Create a Tear Sheet

From Reports page

  1. Click Reports in the left-side menu

  2. Click the New Report button

  3. Select Tear Sheet


From Pieces page

  1. Click Artwork in the left-side menu

  2. Click the New Report button at the top

  3. Select Tear Sheet


  4. Then select the information you would like to include

  5. Select which pieces you would like to include by clicking on them

  6. Click the blue Add button


    • You can click Add all pieces to include your entire inventory, or select Filters to see certain pieces

    • You can also click on any pieces in the Selected Pieces column (right-side column) and click Remove to remove them from the Tear Sheet

  7. You can now also include a Cover Page for certain Reports, including Tear Sheets! To include a Cover Page for your Tear Sheet, check the box in the "Report Design" section when creating your Tear Sheet that reads, "Include Cover Page with profile image, bio, and social media links"

    • To edit the profile image, artist bio, and social media links, you can revise those fields by navigating to the My Profile tab in your left-side menu

  8. Click Generate Report


  9. Your report will be available as a downloadable PDF in Reports


  10. Once uploaded, click the report name to View, Download, Copy URL, or Share. To edit, click the blue pencil icon.
