With large-scale primary images of your artwork, Catalog Pages are a perfect way to showcase Pieces to potential buyers, collaborators, and others in your network.
How to Create a Catalog Page:
Click on Artwork > Pieces in the left-side menu
Click on New Report at the top
Select Catalog Pages from the drop-down menu
4. Select the information you would like to include in your Report, including Sort Options, Multiple Images, Font Options, Contact Info, and Data Options.
5. You can now also include a Cover Page for certain Reports, including Catalog Pages! To include a Cover Page for your Report, check the box in the "Report Design" section when creating your Tear Sheet that reads, "Include Cover Page with profile image, bio, and social media links"
To revise the artist biography, social media links, and profile image, you can do so by navigating to the My Profile tab in your left-side menu > Profile Info & About tabs.

6. Select the Piece(s) you would like to include.

You can click Add all pieces to include your entire inventory, or select which Pieces you would like to include and click Move.
7. Once you've selected the Piece(s) you'd like to include, click the blue Generate Report button at the bottom.

You can also click on Filter to narrow down the selection of artwork.
Create a single Catalog Page:
Click on Artwork in the left-side menu.
Select the Piece for which you want to create a Portfolio Page.
Click New Report.
Select Catalog Page from the drop-down menu.
5. Then select the Piece information you would like to include.
6. Click the blue Generate Report button.
7. You will be redirected to Reports.
8. Once your Report has finished uploading, click on it in the Report column.
9. You can choose from the drop-down menu to either View, Download, Copy URL, or Share. Or, click the Pencil icon on the right to edit your Report.
Generating Report with a Cover Page:
You can now also include a Cover Page for certain Reports types!
To include a Cover Page for your Inventory Report, check the box in the "Report Design" section when creating your Tear Sheet that reads, "Include Cover Page with profile image, bio, and social media links"
