How to Edit a Report

Use the pencil icon to edit certain Report types and generate an updated version in your Artwork Archive account.

Whether you need to update which Pieces are included, adjust your data settings, or change how the Report displays, you can edit certain Report types and regenerate it at any time.


How to edit an existing Report

  1. Navigate to Reports in your left-side menu

  2. Select the blue pencil icon next to the Report you'd like to edit on the right-hand side

  3. Edit the information you would like to change

  4. Select the blue Generate Report button at the bottom

    • You'll be redirected to Reports where a new Report will be generated with the updated information.

  5. Once your Report has finished generating, you can select it in the Report column

  6. You can choose from the drop-down menu to either View, Download, Copy URL, or Share
