Portfolio Pages are a report type in Artwork Archive that let you create a polished, image-forward presentation of your selected works, showcasing one artwork primary image and details per page. They're designed for sharing with potential buyers, galleries, and collectors, either via a shareable URL, email, or as a downloadable PDF.
Each Portfolio Page can be customized with your contact information, logo, font choices, and multiple images per piece, so your presentation feels professional and on-brand. You can also add a cover page with your bio, profile image, and social media links!
Portfolio Pages can be created in two ways: from your Reports page or directly from a Piece record. Learn more below!
Create a Portfolio Page from Reports
Click on Artwork in the left-side menu
Click on New Reports at the top, and select Portfolio Pages from the drop-down menu
Customize your report by including the following selections:
Sort options
Multiple images
Font options
Contact information
Data options
Select the Pieces you'd like to include in the Portfolio Page report
You can click Add all pieces to include your entire inventory, or select which Piece(s) you would like to include
Click Add # to include the selected Piece(s)
All Pieces you've selected to be included in the report will be displayed in the right-side column. Pieces not included (that you can still select to include) are located in the left-side column.
If you need to remove a Piece from being included in the report (right-side column), simply click the Piece(s) and select the blue Remove button
Using the Filter Tool (Select Pieces in Bulk)
You can also click on Show Filter to narrow down the selection of artwork.
Locating Your Report
You will be redirected to Reports.
Once your Report has finished generating, click on the title of the report itself in the Report column
You can choose from the drop-down menu to either View, Download, Copy URL, or Share
You can click the blue Pencil icon on the right to edit your Report
When you generate the edited report, a new version will be generated and saved in your Reports page storage.
Create a single Portfolio Page from a Piece Record
Navigate to Artwork > Pieces in your left-side menu
Click into the Piece Record for which you want to create a Portfolio Page
Select New Report at the top
Select Portfolio Page from the drop-down menu
5. Select the settings and Piece information you would like to include
6. Once complete, click the blue Generate Report button at the bottom
Artwork Archive Tip:
You can customize your Reports by adding a logo, profile image, or other contact information from your My Profile page located in your left-side menu.
Locating Your Report

Including a Cover Page in your Report
To include a Cover Page for your Portfolio Page:
Check the box in the "Report Design" section when creating your Portfolio Page that reads, "Include Cover Page with profile image, bio, and social media links"

✅ How to Share Your Report
Artwork Archive makes it easy to share with your Contacts, and automatically tracks the sharing history within the Contact record.
Click the blue title of your report on the Reports/Docs page
You'll see options to:
Download the report as a PDF to your computer/device
Copy the URL to paste into an email or message
Share directly with a Contact Record in your Artwork Archive account
Did you know?
When you share a report directly with a Contact Record in Artwork Archive, that sharing history is automatically saved in that Contact's history.
So if a gallery director asks "did you send me something?", you can look it up in seconds. No digging through your email inbox required!
