Free Trial Information
No credit card is required to sign up for the free trial.
You will not be charged unless you manually subscribe after the trial period.
If you prefer to have your free trial and data deleted entirely and start from scratch when you come back, we can arrange that upon request.
Canceling Your Account
Go to your Account page.
Scroll to the bottom and click on the blue Click Here (example below)
What happens after cancellation:
Data Access:
You can still access your data but cannot edit or add new information.
Your Public Profile will be deactivated.
We keep accounts intact for up to one year, as many customers reactivate later.
Options for your data:
Export or download your data before canceling, then request complete account deletion.
Leave it as "view only" (most common choice).
Reactivation:
If you become a paying member again within the year, your account resumes where you left off.
