Your client’s experience with Invoices on Artwork Archive

You want everything to be perfect before you send off an invoice to your client. That's why we make it easy for you to preview the invoice before sending it off.

When you send a client an invoice, they will get an email to their inbox with a custom message from you, a link to the invoice, and payment options if you are using the PayPal processing feature.

Your client can view the invoice by clicking "View Invoice".

Once they have paid the invoice, they will receive a confirmation message that lets them know the payment has been received.

PLEASE NOTE: PayPal Processing is a Premium Feature and not available on Artist Apprentice or Collector Starter accounts. You can upgrade your account at any time by going to "Account" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen—or by clicking here.
