If you're an artist with an Artwork Archive account, working with an organization that also has an Artwork Archive account, you can upload your works directly from your account to theirs.
Before You Begin
The organization must enable direct artist submissions first.

Once the organization has updated your artist contact record, they can easily copy the URL and password (highlighted below), which they must then email to you.
How to Submit Your Artwork
Once you receive the upload URL and password from the organization:
Step 1: Access the Upload Page
Log into your Artwork Archive account
Click the upload URL provided by the organization
Enter the password when prompted
Step 2: Select Your Artworks
Once you've successfully entered the password, you will be directed to the upload landing page.
Click "Upload Work Directly From Your Account"
Using the Piece picker, select which Pieces on the left-side column that you'd like to submit
Click the blue "Add #" button to add them to your selection on the right-side menu, i.e. 'Selected Pieces' column.
Click the blue "Submit" button on the bottom right to finalize
Important:
You cannot edit artwork details after submission. Make sure all information is correct before submitting.
Step 3: Update Contact Information (Optional)
You can update how your contact information appears to the organization by clicking the blue "Update Contact Information" button at the top of the page.
This allows you to:
Add or change your profile photo
Update phone numbers and email
Modify your address details
Add your bio and social media links
Include additional information
This step is optional—you can skip it if your information is already current.
Step 4: Confirm Your Upload
Click refresh to see your submitted works at the top of the page
When finished, let the organization know that you’ve successfully uploaded your art!
The organization will now see your uploaded artworks in their account under your artist contact record.
