With Artwork Archive, Collectors have the ability to share their collection with others by creating a Public Profile. Or, they can keep their collection private and share with only a close network using either a Password Protected Public Profile or by creating a Private Room.
*Private Rooms are a premium feature available on Collector Plus and Premier accounts. It is available on all Organization plans. When subscribed to one of the aforementioned plans, there is no limit to the number of Private Rooms that can be created. Upgrade your plan to unlock this feature.

Sharing Works Using Your Public Profile
By default, all of your information in Artwork Archive is completely private. We do, however, offer a Public Profile option if you want to share select pieces to the public. Everything else stays protected behind your login and password. To select to make your Profile Public, see more information here.
On the left-hand menu, My Profile allows you to build out your profile information, and select pieces or Collections that you want to mark as public. The Public Profile is an easy way to showcase your collection and give a more in depth view of what your collection is about or why you collect. You are also able to link your social media accounts or share resources you look at to stay up to date within the Art Market. If you are looking for a way to gain exposure for the collection you've worked so hard to build, this feature is a simple and elegant way to do so.

How to Password Protect Your Public Profile
You can choose to share your Public Profile with key collectors, institutions and clients by password protecting your profile. Here's how:
Click on My Profile in the left-side menu
Click on the Public Settings button at the top
Check the box Make my profile public.
Scroll to the Public Profile Options and check the box Password Protect your Public Page in the upper right-hand corner
Enter a secure password and hit Save.
You can now share your profile with your close network and only those with access to the password will be able to view it. You can also click View Profile at the top right-hand corner of this page to preview how recipients will see your profile at anytime.
Sharing Works Using A Private Room
If you would like to share a select group of artworks privately, you can do that by using Artwork Archive's Private Rooms feature. Learn more about how to create a Private Room here.
How to share your Private Room:
Make sure the Private Room is Published to be able to share it
Select Share, which will pull up a window where you can
Select Contacts
Select Contact Groups
Include a message
Select to get a copy sent to your email
Hit send, and your contact will receive all of the selected information curated just for them
Your selected contacts will receive an email directly from your Artwork Archive Account. Following the link, they will be able to view, comment and message you about works on view. Learn more about Private Room Features and see how your colleagues will view your works.

Sharing News and More with My Posts
Give fellow collectors insights and best practices about features within Artwork Archive, share Art Market news or document prime events, conservationists and appraisers you work with. The News Page on your Public Profile lets you update your network about what is driving your engagement with the arts.
Posts can be saved in published or draft state. When published they will show on your Public Profile under News. To read more about updating, editing and deleting your posts please do so here.
