How to Hide Collections on Your Public Profile

You can hide your Collection Name on your Public Profile with these easy steps.

Updated over 4 months ago

You are able to group the artwork in your inventory using Collections and then showcase those Collections on your Public Profile. Alternatively, if you do not want certain Collections to appear on your Public Profile, you have the option to hide them.

How to hide a specific Collection on your Public Profile:

  1. Navigate to Artwork > Collections from the main Pieces page

  2. Click “Edit” next to the Collection you wish to hide

  3. Under the Description, check the box that says “Hide collection name on public profile”

  4. Click the blue Update Collection button at the bottom of the page

A few things to note:

  • Pieces within that Collection can still be made public individually and appear on your public Portfolio page, but the grouping will not appear under the Collections tab.

  • Hiding your Collection Name will not affect your Collections internally in your Artwork Archive account.

  • Individual piece views and embeds of Collections will still register the Collection name.

How to remove the Collections tab from your Public Profile:

If you do not want to have the Collections tab appear at all on your Public Profile, you have the option to remove it.

  1. Navigate to My Profile on the left-hand menu of your main dashboard

  2. Click the Public Settings tab at the top

  3. Scroll down to Public Page Options > Display Settings

  4. Deselect Show Collections
