Account Overview, Billing, and Subscription Management

View account details, payment history, update billing, upgrade plans, and manage subscriptions.

Follow these steps to access detailed information about your previous payments, including dates, amounts, descriptions, and statuses.

Viewing Your Account Overview

From your account page, you can see important details about your subscription:

This overview helps you keep track of your account usage and limits.

How to View Payment History

  1. Navigate to your Account page located at the bottom of the left-hand menu on your main dashboard.

  2. Click on the blue Billing History and Payment Info button to proceed to your billing information.

    • If you have multiple users on your account, only the primary account holder will have this option.

  3. You will be taken to a billing page powered by Stripe.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view payment history.

  5. To download an invoice or receipt of past payments, click the arrow next to the date.

Note for Paypal Invoiced Users:

If your payments are processed through PayPal invoicing, you will not see a billing history in your account. Instead, please contact us directly for any inquiries regarding your billing history.


How to Update Your Credit Card

  1. Go to your Account page.

  2. Click on the grey Update your Credit Card button.

  3. Enter your updated information and hit Save.


Upgrading Your Account

You can upgrade your Artwork Archive account at any time to access advanced features and benefits tailored to your specific needs.

Follow these simple steps to upgrade:

  1. Go to your Account page.

  2. Identify the plan that best suits your needs and click "Choose Plan."

  3. Your upgrade will be processed immediately, and any previous payments will be credited toward the new plan. The remaining balance for the year will be prorated based on your upgrade date.

Switching from Annual to Monthly Plan

Annual plans offer significant savings - you pay for only 10 months instead of 12!

However, if you need to switch to a monthly plan:

  1. Contact us via chat or email info@artworkarchive.com.

  2. We'll calculate any pro-rated refund and set up your new monthly subscription.

  3. Your service and data will remain uninterrupted.
