Organize and showcase your art with customizable labels that make organization and exhibition labels easy!

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Artwork/QR Labels serve multiple purposes for artists—from internal organization to the back of the artwork itself to exhibition wall labels. Artwork Archive offers flexible customization to meet a range of organizational and presentation needs.

Artists can create Artwork/QR Labels from three locations: the main Pieces Page, with a Location Record, and within an Exhibition Record, providing seamless integration into your workflow.

Note:

  • You can generate 3 different types of QR Code Labels. To learn more about when to use each type, click here.

  • Font size editing options for Artwork Labels are not available at this time.

From the main Pieces Page:

  1. Click New Report.

  2. Select Artwork/QR Labels from the drop-down menu.

3. From here, you can change the name of your labels, save your chosen settings as a template for future use, and decide what information you'd like to include and how it will appear on the label.

Did you know?

You can customize the order of your artwork labels with the Piece Sort Options drop-down menu to organize for exhibition planning.

4. Scroll down to Select your pieces and choose the artworks you want to include.

  • Note: You can click Add all your pieces to include your entire Inventory, or use Filters to find specific pieces and select them one by one.

5. Click the Add button to add Pieces to the right-side Selected Pieces column.

6. Once you have selected all the Pieces you want to include, click the blue Generate Labels button on the bottom right.

Your finished Artwork/QR Labels will then be generated as a PDF on the Reports/Docs page where you can immediately view, download, and share.

If you need to edit your Artwork/QR Labels, you can do so by clicking the pencil icon to the right. Once you make your changes, a new PDF version will be generated.
