How to Set the Default Landing Page for Your Artwork Archive Public Profile

Choose whether visitors land on your Artwork, About, or Collections page when they open your Artwork Archive Public Profile.

The first page a visitor sees sets the tone for everything that follows. Your Artwork Archive Public Profile lets you choose that page, so you can open with your full body of artwork, with your curated Collections, or with your own story on the About page.

How to Change Your Default Profile Landing Page

  1. Click My Profile on the left-side menu

  2. Choose the Profile Settings tab from the top menu

  3. In the right-hand column, click Page & Piece Order to expand the panel. This panel is collapsed by default, so the setting stays hidden until you open it.

  4. Under Default Profile Landing Page, choose the page you want visitors to see first

The Page & Piece Order panel expanded in Profile Settings, with the Default Profile Landing Page set to Portfolio.

Which Landing Pages You Can Choose From

Every account type can choose from these three:

  • Portfolio opens on the page that displays all of your public Pieces. This is the page your visitors see labeled Artwork on your Public Profile.

  • About opens on your About page, so visitors read about you before they browse your artwork.

  • Collections opens on your Collections page, which displays a card for each public Collection. You can choose the order those Collections appear in.

Collector accounts can also choose Artists. Organization accounts can choose Artists or Exhibitions.

How to Preview Your Public Profile Before Visitors See It

You can preview your Public Profile at any time by clicking View Profile under My Profile on the left-side menu, or View Public Profile at the top right of the Manage Your Public Profile page. Your profile does not need to be public for you to preview it.
