When creating a Public Profile in Artwork Archive, you can choose which of your curated Collections are visible and customize the order they appear in. Spotlight your best or newest work upfront or arrange your Collections by year, medium, etc. to control how visitors view and journey through your work.
How to Customize the Order of Collections on Your Public Profile
Navigate to My Profile from the left-hand menu on the main Pieces page
Click the Public Settings tab from the top menu
Scroll down to the Public Page Options > Display Settings at the bottom
Select Show Collections
A dropdown menu will appear where you can choose to sort your Collections by Title or select Custom Order
If choosing Custom Order, you will need to select the Customize Collection Ordering button under the dropdown menu to edit the order of your Collections
From here, you can decide the order in two ways:
By Number: Select the order number you would like each Collection to appear
Drag and Drop: Click and hold the three gray lines on the far right of a Collection to drag and drop it in the order you would like it to appear
All ordering changes will automatically be updated and saved. To preview the your Collections on your Public Profile after customizing the order, simply click View Collections on Public Profile from the top menu
